Privacy & advertising choices

Your quote request

We store the contact information, address, project details, comments and contact permission you submit so EZ Baths can respond to your request. Campaign information from your ad link is stored with your request to identify Major Media referrals and match appointments and sales to the original submission. When live delivery is enabled, requests are forwarded to EZ Baths through ActiveProspect LeadConduit.

Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement

When advertising tracking is permitted, Meta Platforms receives page visits, the page URL, browser/device information, IP address and advertising cookie identifiers through the Meta Pixel. This measures Facebook and Instagram advertising activity. We do not send quote form fields, names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses or project comments to Meta. When you request a quote, we also tell Meta from our server that a lead occurred, sending the same page URL, browser/device information, IP address and advertising cookie identifiers, but none of your quote details. This happens only when advertising tracking is permitted for you. We have not enabled customer matching.

Consent and withdrawal

Visitors in consent-required regions, or whose location cannot be determined, are asked before the pixel loads. Elsewhere it may load without a banner, subject to your saved choices and browser opt-outs. Rejection blocks advertising tracking everywhere. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. You can accept or reject through Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and withdraw at any time; withdrawing stops future pixel reporting.

Your choice is stored on this browser with a visitor reference, date, region, the notice and choices shown, and notice version. Later changes preserve earlier consent evidence. Clearing browser storage removes that local record. Choices do not automatically carry across devices.

For questions about your request or your data, use the EZ Baths company website. See Meta’s privacy policy for Meta’s handling of received information.
